Hollis Rademacher
Mr. Rademacher, a business consultant and private investor, has had an extensive financial career, having held senior management positions with what was one of the largest banks in the country. In addition to having been a Wintrust Financial Corporation director, he serves on the boards of several Wintrust community banks and its wealth management subsidiary. He has been on Northbrook Bank’s board since the bank opened and is on its risk management committee. He and his wife, Carolyn, are long-time Lake Forest residents.
